No. The Chrome Extension uses your existing authorized browser session. Lotvera never requests, stores, or transmits your source credentials.
If your portal is publicly accessible and you have an authorized account, a connector can be built. Contact us to discuss your specific portal and terms.
Yes. Output Profiles give you full control over included columns, column names, field order, static values, formatting, sheet names, and filename patterns.
Yes. You can map any canonical field to any output column name. For example, map "selling_price" to "default_price" without changing the underlying catalog.
The current eBay integration generates Seller Hub-compatible draft files. You upload them manually through your eBay Seller Hub. Direct API listing is planned.
Yes. Custom ERP supports both file-based export (Excel or JSON) and direct API push when your ERP API is configured. Field mapping is handled by a destination profile.
The connector detects layout changes and stops the job with a source_changed error. The checkpoint is preserved and the job can resume once the connector template is updated.
Only if the image rights are explicitly licensed or customer-owned. Source images default to internal-only. You can attach licensed images separately to complete eBay drafts.
Both are on the roadmap. Shopify and Amazon integrations are planned and will be released after the current pilot phase completes.

Yes. Sync jobs checkpoint after every completed unit. Pausing, resuming, and recovering from session expiry are all supported.
The job stops and records a session_expired status. Your progress is saved at the last checkpoint. Re-authenticate in your browser and resume the job.
